Technical Writer- Job DescriptionLocation: N Atlanta, GA Job Summary:Working closely with engineers, product management, and marketing, the Technical Writer will create and maintain technical documents for mobile commerce platform.No contractResponsibilities and Essential Functions:• Creating and maintain user manuals, features and function overview documentation, system administration guides, architectural overview documentation, and configuration and integration guides.• This position will also provide technical documents related to TSM, Mobile Wallet, Coupon and Offers, and other products related to the business. The Technical Writer may also contribute to the knowledge base and assist with white papers.Education and Experience Requirements:• BA/BS degree in English, Technical Communication or a related field• At least 5 years of experience developing end-user and specification documentation in a software environment or technology setting• Adept skills in all aspects of technical writing, content gathering, development of documents, and related tools• Banking or telecommunications experience preferred• Knowledge of data security and payments processing preferredPlease submit your resume in Word document to southeasthr@hotmail.com for consideration.
