Sagent Partners is looking for a Director of Sales/Business Development Manager Drew Conway at Sagent Partners, an established IT services firm based in Vienna, VA is looking to expand into the Atlanta area. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT services and business development professional to run office operations, help with new hires, and drive both the account and resource management teams. This individual will go through a training program to learn Sagent's business model and customer base, as well as the specialized processes that enable us to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. This individual will play a critical role in Sagent's growth both in the region and nationally. Objectives:Utilize creative and professionally assertive marketing, business, resource development and sales strategies to accomplish the following objectives:• Help facilitate new hires• Provide an outline of local customers (using Sagent's resources)• Manage Office Operations• Network in the public and private IT Services community• Help further develop company best practices• Be a leaderDesired Qualifications:• Successful track record in the IT or related industry. • Strong knowledge of Business Development and Resource Management in the IT Services marketplace• Prior management experience a plus• Ability to think tactically as well as strategically, synthesize business/financial data and develop innovative solutions • Excellent planning and organizing skills • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively over the phone or in person at all organizational levels and across diverse cultures • Ability to identify and adapt to evolving client and organizational requirements • Ability to resolve conflict and issues quickly and appropriately, and persevere in a challenging and highly competitive business environment. • Strong sense of self-reliance and competitive drive to be successful • Highly motivatedTravel Requirement:• Ability and willingness to travel within an assigned territory as well as periodic travel for training events and meetingsSalary/Compensation:1st year up to 150k2nd year up to 200kAbout the Company:Sagent Partners is a boutique IT Services firm, specializing in the acquisition and retention of high quality IT professionals.
