PROPERTY MANAGER POSITION (Lithonia, Georgia)DESCRIPTION (FULL-TIME JOB)Apartment Management Company seeks an experienced, energetic, team-player to oversee the operational and financial aspects of our apartments community located Lithonia, GeorgiaAs the Property Manager you will be responsible for driving successful leasing, resident service, maintenance, collections, revenue enhancement, and capital improvement. Additionally, you will have accountability for accurate reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.REQUIREMENTSThe successful candidates will possess at least three years of recent experience managing a market-rate, multi-family community. A strong track record of demonstrated accomplishment in building and motivating a team is critical. Additionally, this person must be someone who is continuously aware of the property's performance through monitoring monthly financial statements, revenue, expenses, net operating income, and occupancy goals.
