I'm looking for 2+ bdrms in the Sandy Springs, Dunwoody or Alpharetta area. I'm looking specifically in these areas due to the great school system for my two small children and the location of my job. My credit isn't great but I'm in the rebuilding stages and just recently started a great job and now have financial stability. I'm looking for someone that can work with my situation I would even be willing to sign a 6 month lease and pay all 6 months upfront and renew an additional 6 months and pay that upfront as well at the beginning of the new lease term. I'm not interested in roomates or basement apts and would like something private.
