I asked for a 3-5 page paper from several of these sites. Most of them asked for payment from a pre-pay paypal card which cost me money! Do not pay these scammers without doing an exhaustive IP search, and a whois.com report on there websites. And if you do pay them, only use a credit card through paypal so that you can get your money back when they disappear with your money. The big offender is anyone with a bank paypal account tdwriters@gmail or rwwritingtools@gmail. you can always tell when you research their paypal accounts and they were just opened or you can't find any information on a google search.
